Various Services for Children

For those guests accompanied by infants and making reservations from the Ryuusenkaku homepage by filling in all the blanks in the form for Baby Amenity Set, we will unfailingly give a present free of charge. This set includes a Ryuusenkaku gauze handkerchief, Ryuusekaku string-drawn money purse, and a children's toothbrush.

The female staff of the inn designed the Ryuusenkaku Handkerchief. It is double-layered and twice the size of gauze handkerchiefs sold on the market. Like the towels of papa and mama, the lengthwise size of this handkerchief allows small children to experience the feeling of a hot springs bath.

The Ryuusenkaku Change Purse was made from the image of cute Kintaro apron. Please use this for change of clothes or diapers of young children.

The children's toothbrush is a toothbrush set with a toothbrush for children and strawberry-flavored xylitol toothpaste.

We have trash bags specifically designated for dirty diapers. You can leave these trash bags in a corner of your room at the time of your checkout.

There are a variety of toilet hassles on trips with small children, so we have installed a toilet for children in the restroom to the left of the Karaoke Room.

An electric pot capable of reaching 60°C is available in each room. If your baby cries for warm milk, this pot is readily available. (Free of charge)

Refrigerators in our guest room have a lock installed to prevent an unexpected accident from occurring by children opening the refrigerator and consuming an unintended food or drink. Adults can release the lock with a single touch and doors are automatically locked when the door is closed.

There is a laundry in front of the ladies outdoor baths for the cases when children's clothes become dirty during your stay. We have provided a washing machine, clothes dryer and detergent. For those wishing to hang-dry their clothes, we ask that you inquire with the front desk. (However, for hang-drying clothes in the room, please always use the room's verandah.)

We have created name cards for children since there are times when children occasional become lost within the inn. Please attach a name card to your child's arm using a rubber band. This name card may be taken home as a commemoration of your stay.

Parents of small children can be reassured when climbing the stairs with their children since we have installed a low handrail for children for the stairs inside the inn and those stairs leading to the karaoke room and outdoor baths.

We have various kinds of Santa costumes available for children, so how about a commemorative photograph of your child transformed into Santa Claus?

During the Christmas season, instead of giving a Christmas present directly to your child, how about having Santa Claus deliver it to your room. Just leave the present for your child at the front desk and we'll have Santa personally deliver it.

Why not join other guests of Ryuusenkaku with a photograph taken with your children at the inn for display on our homepage. Should you wish to have your photography taken, please inform the front desk.

In the case of children suddenly running a fever during their visit to Ryuusenkaku, we ask that you please inform the front desk.

Please inquire to the front desk, and we will bring a thermometer, fever compress sheet, or ice pack to you immediately.

Location and addresses of hospitals that can provide treatment in the Kita-ku of Kobe City at night and on holidays can be confirmed. Since the list is also at the front desk, please feel free to use it.
